Hi, I’m Sarah Dumas - billion‑dollar strategist, identity alchemist and creator of The Sovereign Ascension Method™. Before becoming the mentor women call when they’re done playing small, I spent two decades building empires: ten companies valued between $30 Million per year and $1 Billion per year, a combined portfolio of $3 Billion per year. I didn’t learn leadership from certifications; I learned it by building businesses from the ground up, leading teams and scaling to heights most people never witness.

What makes my work different is that my story didn’t start with wealth. I grew up in poverty, experienced homelessness and relied on food stamps. I know the trap of losing yourself in the chase for success and the liberation that comes from rising into a version of yourself that can hold wealth, expansion, presence, peace and power all at once. Today I mentor women who already lead and are ready to lead like the highest version of themselves - not from hustle or survival, but from identity, sovereignty and a regulated nervous system.

Outside of my work, I’m a wife, mother and lover of life. I believe wealth is a tool for creating enduring change - from funding scholarships to supporting regenerative initiatives - because luxury today is defined by authenticity, sustainability and impact. When I’m not guiding CEOs, you’ll find me reading, spending time with my family or hosting intimate dinner salons for visionary women.
